Q. Will my carpet resoil quicker after cleaning?
A. Not with Ultra Dry! However, the case with lesser cleaning systems is very different because chemical residues that attract soil are left in your carpet after cleaning. With Ultra dry, your carpet is left soil and residue free.
Q. How long will it take to dry?
A. Usually room are ready to use soon after cleaning. A normal range of drying time is from 30-60 minutes. This varies due to carpet type, amount of soil, weather, air movement, humidity, and room temperature.
Q. Will cleaning damage my carpet?
A. Not with Ultra Dry-Cleaning! Carpet damage resulting from cleaning is not the fault of cleaning itself, but because of harsh methods, super heated water, residue-laden chemicals, detergents and poor quality workmanship. You can trust the unique Ultra Dry system and trained technicians to protect your furnishings.
Q. Will all the stains come out?
A. Most come out with an Ultra Dry cleaning but we cannot guarantee that all stains will be removed. You can be sure that our technicians will treat all persistent stains removing any that are not permanent. When a stain is judged to be permanent, our technicians have the ability to use special treatment methods and they will discuss them with you.
Q. What should we do before the cleaning is done?
A. With just a little assistance from you, Ultra Dry will make sure those special momentos and treasures are kept safe. Please REMOVE ALL BREAKABLES from areas to be cleaned. Also any furniture pieces and personal items. China cabinets, Display cases and closet floors must be emptied before moving and cleaning. Full length draperies and upholstery skirts should not be resting on the carpet. Please hang up and pin up to prevent contact with the carpet. Please call to the technicians attention any stains or any items that may need special attention. We want you to be completely satisfied with our work in every respect.
